Over 25 children from Dream Little Dreamer participated in the "Inspire a Nation, Save a Child" project. The track, Guardian Angel "Raven's Song", written by Michael "Magnedo7" Crawford and his wife Shameia Crawford in memory of little Raven Maria Blanco, is dedicated to all of the world's lost little angels. It is now available to purchase on several music outlets including iTunes: Guardian Angel -- "Raven's Song" This version of the song and the Video were produced by Alisha "M'jestie" Brooks and was Directed by Visually Inklined.
We are so sorry for the loss of Raven. No words can express what you are going through right now, but know that the Lord is there to guide you and help you heal. Raven will be missed so much by all those who knew her and loved her. We are honored to have known Raven for the past 4 years during the dance classes and it will not be the same without her. I grieve with you. My heart is broken for you , Robin and Mario. I remember Raven from those years at FBCN Preschool. A beautiful and sweet litle girl, who had the most wonderful parents. While their are no words I can write to ease your suffering, I am keeping you, WooWoo, and Bubby in my thoughts and prayers. I wish I had words to comfort you but I know no such words exist. Dear Robin & Mario,
I'll never forget when Brooke came home from her 1st day at Kindergarten so excited that she had made her "first friend" named Raven. "Mommy, she's in our neighborhood, AND on my bus AND in my class!!!" Although they haven't had the same class these past couple of years, they've still been close ever since then. Brooke's last memory of Raven was seeing her in the morning on Friday on the way to their classrooms, and they stopped to give each other a big hug. I know that Brooke will always treasure their friendship!!!
I'll also never forget Raven's beautiful eyes looking at me or her sweet voice calling me "Mrs. Fortunato" or the time she spent with us at our home, which felt like she was part of our family. Jacqueline said to me that Raven was someone who was nice to everyone - so true.
We are just so heartbroken over this! I wish I could do something to take away the pain that you are feeling. We cherish the friendship we've developed with you over the past few years. Please know that we will always be here for you!
